A couple of weeks ago I visited a beautiful skin clinic in Yaletown called SKN Holistic. I walked in from the hustle and bustle of downtown Vancouver and I was thrilled to find out I would be getting a cosmetic acupuncture treatment that day. The head practitioner and founder of the clinic, Amanda Beisel did the treatment and she was awesome. She is so friendly and makes you feel totally at home in her serene space. On the SKN website cosmetic acupuncture is described as a treatment that will make you glow from the inside out- and it really does! I cannot wait to go back for another session. I have never tried acupuncture at all before and I even had the little needles in my feet and hands which was really cool. After the treatment Amanda applied products from the Jadience skin care line to my face. It is a line that is all about chi, healing, is 100% natural, I think it’s instant glow in a bottle. I took a few photos of the clinic interior while I was there. Check them out- no photos of me with all the needles though!
